Half Circle Spring Electrodes:
Using the same square cut, tightly wound steel wire that the Full Circle Spring Electrodes use, the Half Circle Spring Electrode will cover more than 180 degrees of pipe circumference and is meant for small diameter pipes, .750” OD to 3” OD), or pipes with fittings, T’s, bends or other inclusions that may hamper the use of a Full Circle Spring Electrode.

Silicone-Rubber Brush Electrodes
Made from a unique combination of silicone rubber and carbon, the Silicone-Rubber Brush Electrode meets many different requirements and applications, both on pipe and off. The electrode is used to inspect weld joints on the outside or coatings applied to the inside of pipelines. Also, inside and outside of tanks, rail cars, concrete structures, just about any conductive substrate with a non-conductive coating. The Silicone-Rubber Brush Electrodes are available in 2” to 48” widths in 2” increments.

Wire Brush Electrodes
Made from very small individual wires, the Wire Brush Electrode meets many different requirements and applications, especially for coated surfaces that are uneven or include fittings, bolts, or other tight corners need to be inspected. The electrode is used to inspect weld joints on the outside or coatings applied to the inside of pipelines. Also, inside and outside of tanks, rail cars, concrete structures, just about any conductive substrate with a non-conductive coating. The Wire Brush Electrodes are available in 2” to 60” widths in 2” increments.

Internal Silicone Rubber Electrodes:
Internal Electrodes are made to order to fit the exact Inside Diameter of your pipe. Internal Electrodes are made for use with High Voltage (Silicone-Rubber material) and Low Voltage (Sponge material) Holiday Detectors. The electrodes fit pipe ID starting at 2” and continuing up to 36” and beyond. Internal leg supports can be added to center and support the electrode to ensure intimate contact between the electrode and the coating. Custom sizes and materials also available.
